How long until my order ships?
In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days (often sooner!). You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.
 

Where do you ship?
We ship across the US and internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

How much is shipping?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. US shipping is a flat $9, and orders over $150 ship free. International shipping is $25. Custom and hand-painted canvases may take longer.

PRE-ORDERS

 

How do pre-orders work?​
Pre-order items are paid for in full at checkout and ship by the date shown on the product page. If your order includes in-stock items, everything ships together once the pre-order is ready. 
 

What if my order has pre-order and in-stock items?
Everything ships together once the pre-order item is ready. Want your in-stock goodies sooner? Place two separate orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Can you design a custom canvas?
Absolutely! Your pup, your beach house, your wedding venue, your favorite summer spot. Head to our Custom Design page to get started.

How long does a custom canvas take?
About 4 weeks, depending on the size of the design and any edits requested along the way.

How much does a custom canvas cost?
Design work is $30/hour, and painting is priced based on size, mesh and level of detail. If you would like more than 10 pieces, printing is available. Fill out the quote form on our Custom Design page and we’ll send you a price.​

Are your canvases hand-painted?

Do canvases come with threads?
Canvases are sold on their own. You can find threads in our Threads collection, or email us and we’ll help you pick the right colors.

How do I care for my finished piece?
Keep it out of direct sunlight to protect the colors, and spot-clean gently with cool water if needed. For framing or finishing, we recommend a professional needlepoint finisher.

RETURNS

 

Can I return an item?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy. Custom canvases are made just for you and can’t be returned.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
So sorry! Email us at MF.Designs.02539@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.
