At MFearey Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

 
Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing once we receive your return.

 

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide instructions to return the item and issue a full refund or replacement.

 

How to Initiate a Return
